How do I set my daily protein goal?

Press the edit button next to the progress bar at the top to enter your target protein (g) directly. A common guideline is body weight (kg) × 1.2–2.0g.

What if my food isn't in the list?

Press the "Add a custom food" button at the bottom of the page to register a food name, category, calculation method (count, weight, volume, or scoop), and protein amount. Registered foods are saved in your browser.

Will today's food log disappear?

It's saved automatically to your browser's localStorage, so today's log stays even if you refresh or close the page. It isn't shared across other devices or incognito windows, though.
